My wife found it too noisy and too powerful. It definitely looks good but not really suited for us. Although it had several settings, it was the timing that varied, not the ferocity and my wife prefers more tenderness. We probably won't use it again after one use which is a shame as it cost a lot.

My only (hopefully constructive) critisism of the web site is that many products have descriptions that lack important details relating to material of the toys and their dimensions.
